一、注意上水的变化

②注意正式印刷过程中上水的变化。要密切注意机器主体发热和车间内的通风状况给上水带来的影响,酒精润版要注意润湿系统冷却装置,控制好润湿液的温度,上水过少,会使印版起脏;上水过多将引起油墨乳化,会带来一系列问题。比如印品无光泽,纸张伸缩而套印不准,延缓油墨的干燥等。

二、注意油墨的变化

①注意墨斗的油墨。墨斗的油墨从墨斗辊和墨斗刮刀之间的缝隙传出,是由油墨的自重而自然被挤压出来的。因此,墨斗中油墨量的多少,直接影响油墨的输出量。所以,要注意让墨斗中保持一定量的油墨。另外,印刷油墨具有触变性质。放置在墨斗中较久,流动性会逐渐变差,因而,要经常用墨刀在墨斗中搅拌,或者安装油墨搅拌器。
