这里的压力分为上压和下压,上压是指网纹辊和印刷轮之间的间隙大小下压是指印刷轮与印刷压轮之间的间隙大小。压力大则间隙小,压力小则间隙大。上压过大和下压过大印出的效果是不同的。呈现双影的时就要认真察看印刷效果,假如双影呈现在字迹笔划四周,便是上压过大形成的,要将上压恰当减少,也就是网纹辊和印刷轮的间隙恰当放大一些,以进纸的方向为准，假如双影呈现在进纸方向下方的话,那就是下压过大形成的。要将下压适减小,也就是将印刷轮之间的间隙调大一些,效果就会有所改善。
