Each layer is divided into lining paper, corrugated paper, core paper and facial paper. Face paper has tea board paper, kraft paper and corrugated paper for core paper. The color and handle of all kinds of paper are different, and the paper produced by different manufacturers (color, handle) is also different. Corrugated cardboard with different corrugated shapes has different functions. Even with the same quality of face paper and lining paper, the performance of the corrugated board is different due to the difference of the corrugated shape. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. Corrugated cardboard made of type A corrugated board has better cushioning property and certain elasticity, followed by type C corrugated board and type A corrugated board. But stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-type corrugates; B-type corrugates are arranged densely, the surface of corrugated cardboard is flat, the pressure is high, and it is suitable for printing; E-type corrugates show its rigidity and strength because of its thin and dense.
