单粉
Single powder
1.常用纸盒资料，纸张厚度从80g到400g各种厚度，更高厚度则要两张对裱。
1. Commonly used carton materials, paper thickness from 80 g to 400 g of all kinds of thickness, higher thickness is required for two pairs of mounting.
2.纸张一面亮光，一面亚光，只要光面能够印刷。
2. Paper has a bright side and a matte side, as long as the smooth side can be printed.
3.对印刷颜色无限制。

双铜
Double copper
1.常用纸盒资料，纸张厚度从80g到400g各种厚度，更高厚度则要两张对裱。

2.两面均为光面，可双面印刷。

瓦楞纸
Corrugated paper
1.常用的有单瓦楞纸和双瓦楞纸
1. Commonly used are single and double corrugated paper.
2.重量轻，构造性能好，承重才能强，能防潮。
2. Light weight, good structural performance, strong load-bearing ability, moisture-proof.
3.能完成各种颜色的印刷，但效果不如单粉和双铜。
3. Can complete printing of various colors, but the effect is not as good as single powder and double copper.
纸板
cardboard
1.常用于制造礼盒构造，外表裱一层单粉纸或特种纸。
1. Usually used to make gift box structure, with a single layer of powder paper or special paper mounted on the surface.
2.常用颜色有黑、白、灰、黄，厚度依照承重需求选择。
2. Commonly used colors are black, white, grey and yellow. Thickness is selected according to load-bearing requirements.
3.若裱的是单粉，则印刷工艺与单粉分歧；若是特种纸，大局部只能烫印，局部可完成简单印刷。
3. If mounted with single powder, the printing process is different from that of single powder; if special paper, most of it can only be hot stamped, and some of it can complete simple printing.
特种纸
Specialty paper
1.特种纸品种繁多，包装资料上常用的有：压纹纸、花纹纸、金银箔纸等。
1. There are many kinds of special paper. The commonly used packaging materials are embossed paper, pattern paper, gold and silver foil paper, etc.
2.这些纸经过特殊的处置，能够提升包装的质感和层次。
2. After special disposal, these papers can improve the texture and level of packaging.
3.压纹纸和花纹纸都不能印刷，金纸等能够四色印刷。
3. Embossed paper and pattern paper can not be printed, gold paper can be printed in four colors.
复合袋
Compound bag
1.复合袋适用于食品、茶叶、电子产品、化工、医药等产品的真空包装或普通包装。
1. Compound bags are suitable for vacuum packaging or general packaging of food, tea, electronic products, chemical industry, medicine and other products.
2.可做的工艺跟纸张根本相同，能够丝印、印刷、烫印。

吸塑
Blister
1.吸塑是一种透明材质，主要原料为PVC、PE或PET。
1. Plastic absorption is a transparent material, the main raw materials are PVC, PE or PET.
2.可直接交换纸张做成盒子，也可配合纸卡成型。
2. Paper can be exchanged directly to make boxes, or can be formed with paper cards.
3.能够丝印、印刷，也可烫印。

4.能够上机印刷，但印刷废品较高，小量消费普通只用丝印。

OPP袋
OPP bag
1.OPP袋子是拉伸性的聚丙烯，属于塑料的一种，其实就是塑料袋。

2.装外盒前，产品先套个OPP袋，显得洁净卫生。
2. Before packing, the product should be packed with an OPP bag, which is clean and sanitary.
3.具有透明度高、较脆等特性，还可依据需求印刷各种图案及打孔。

热收缩袋
Heat shrinkable bag
1.这是一种抵达一定温度收缩性很强的袋子，用来维护包装。

2.只是用来维护包装，不做其他工艺。
2. Maintenance of packaging only, not other processes.

02 Printing Technology for Packaging Materials
四色印刷
Four colour printing
四色即：青（C）、品红（M）、黄（Y）、黑（K），一切颜色都能够经过这四种油墨混合而成，终完成彩色图文。
Four colors are: green (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), black (K), all colors can be mixed through these four kinds of ink, and finally complete the color image and text.
专色印刷
Spot color printing
专色是指在印刷时用一种特定的油墨来印刷该种颜色，专色颜色很多，常用的是专金、专银，可参考潘通色卡，但专色无法完成突变印刷。
Spot color refers to the use of a specific ink to print the color. Spot color has many colors. It is commonly used in gold and special silver. It can refer to Pantong color card, but spot color can not complete mutation printing.
覆膜
Film mulching
印刷之后，用透明塑料薄膜贴到印刷品外表有光膜和亚膜两种，起到维护及增加光泽的作用，同时能增加纸张的硬度和抗拉性能。
After printing, there are two kinds of transparent plastic film pasted on the surface of printed matter: glossy film and sub-film, which can maintain and increase gloss, and at the same time increase the hardness and tensile properties of paper.
UV印刷
UV printing
印刷品需求突出的部位停止部分上光提亮，使部分图案更有平面效果。
Printing needs prominent parts stop part of the brightening, so that some patterns more plane effect.
烫印
Hot stamping
烫印是应用热压的原理，在印刷品外表构成特殊的金属光泽效果。烫印只能是单色。
Hot stamping is the application of the principle of hot pressing, in the printed surface to form a special metallic luster effect. Hot stamping can only be monochrome.
击凸
Striking
采用一组图文阴阳对应的凹模版和凸模板，将承印物置于其间，经过施加压力压出浮雕状的凹凸效果。各种厚度的纸张都能够，纸板做不了击凸。
A set of gravure and convex templates corresponding to Yin and yang are used to place the impression between them and press out the relief concave and convex effect by applying pressure. Paper of all thicknesses can be made without bumping cardboard.
喷码
Spurt code
应用喷码机在产品上喷印标识（消费日期、保质期、批号、企业logo等），能够喷印简单的字符图案，灵敏性强。
The application of jet printer in product printing logo (consumption date, shelf life, batch number, enterprise logo, etc.) can print simple character patterns with high sensitivity.
