For example, some white paperboard, white cardboard and glass card are slightly acidic, and the ink drying is slow after printing, which will lead to difficulties in semi-finished overprinting and increase the rate of unqualified products; some low-grade white paperboard and glass card have poor surface strength, which is easy to cause quality problems such as powder dropping, hair dropping, foaming or delamination during printing.
