1、在不干胶贴标机上完成平压平烫金

无论凸版不干胶印刷机是整平的还是圆压平型机器设备，因为卷纸基本都是间歇性给纸的，因此烫金全部都选用平压平方式。通常情况下烫金工序为独立的单元，也有一部分机型烫金向膜切共用一个单元，单独应用。

Some models have two working positions of stamping unit, one of which is close to the printing plate to complete horizontal stamping, and the other is an independent unit to complete vertical stamping. The machine can complete two-color stamping at the same time.
3、轮转机上圆压圆烫金
3. Rotary machine on the round hot stamping
圆压圆烫金所使用的烫金版为滚筒状，烫金时与印压滚筒对滚触碰，完成烫金。圆压圆热烫印比较适用于连续式供纸的轮转型标签机上应用，但对纸张的输纸速率有相应的需求，换句话说对印刷速率有影响。但相对来说于平压平烫金，进一步提高了工作效率。圆压圆烫金辊制造成本高，因此只适用于长版活烫金。
The bronzing plate used in the rotary hot stamping is in the shape of a roller. When the bronzing plate is in contact with the press roller, the bronzing is completed. Circular hot stamping is more suitable for continuous paper feeding rotary label machine application, but there is a corresponding demand for paper feeding speed, in other words, it has an impact on the printing speed. But relatively speaking, in the flat stamping, further improve the work efficiency. The manufacturing cost of the roll is high, so it is only suitable for long version live stamping.
4、轮转印刷机上冷烫金
4. Cold stamping on rotary press
这是一个新的烫金新工艺。已不再应用加热的金属材料印刷版，反而是利用印刷黏合剂的方法，使金属材料箔转移，完成烫金。冷烫金工艺成本费用低，节约能源，生产效率高，可运用目前的机器设备部件，不需增加附加装置，是一种很有发展前途的新工艺。
This is a new stamping process. Instead of using the heated metal material printing plate, we use the printing adhesive to transfer the metal material foil and complete the stamping. Cold stamping process has the advantages of low cost, energy saving and high production efficiency. It can use the current machine and equipment parts without additional devices. It is a new process with a bright future.
