一、脏版
I. Dirty Edition
1、随着墨辊与印版间接触压力太小，使传水不畅和不平均，版面墨大水小形成脏版现象。
1. As the contact pressure between the ink roll and the plate is too small, the water transfer is not smooth and uneven, and the large amount of ink in the plate forms a dirty plate phenomenon.
处理办法：这时应调整好它们间的接触压力。

2、水辊与串水辊间压力太紧，将使润版液被挤压而滞留在着水辊与串水辊上，致使使供水不正常而形成脏版现象。

三、花版

1、着水辊与印版间压力太大，加剧对版面膜层的磨擦损坏惹起花版。

处理办法：调整好压力。

2、版面润版液供应量太大招致花版。

处理办法：经过调小水斗辊转动角度或降低水斗辊转速，到达避免花版状况。

3、润版液酸性太大会毁坏印版外表惹起花版毛病。
3. Great acidity of the embossing solution will destroy the appearance of the printing plate and cause problems of the printing plate.
处理办法：冲淡水容液浓度，降低其ph值。普通ps版的ph值以5－5.5之间为宜。
Treatment method: Flushing water volume concentration, reduce its pH value. The pH value of the general PS edition should be between 5 and 5.5.
